Jurisdiction:
The responding party may wish to challenge the jurisdiction of an adjudicator. The referring party may have to respond to those challenges. The referring party may understand the challenge and respond to the adjudicator making clear their point of view. There is a subscription video to purchase regarding jurisdiction or if the claimant is unsure then they can seek help with an advisor or consultant using tokens.
Directions:
Once appointed the adjudicator will give directions as to how to proceed in the adjudication. The referring party must follow these directions at all times. If at anytime the referring party is unsure of how to react or respond to the adjudicator they have the option to seek help with an advisor or consultant using tokens. The referring party may select different consultants or lawyers to assist them at each stage of the process should they need to. The consultant or lawyer may accept or reject the request for any reason.
